Our Mission

Avant Pain provides high quality, state-of-the-art, and trustworthy interventional pain management services. We deliver compassionate care by listening to you, explaining your options and working with you to achieve the best outcomes. We want you to live your life, enjoy your family and friends and do all of the things you want to do.

Founded in 2021 by Dr. Anthony Sifonios and Dr. Vanny Le, Avant Pain is our dream and something we have been working toward since we met in 2007.

Over the years, we have had the opportunity to work in a range of different settings, from academic to private practice. In 2017, we co-founded a pain management division as part of a large, multi-specialty group - but something was missing. We wanted to connect with our patients, to really give them the attention and quality of care they deserved - without having to meet quotas or deal with corporate politics that ultimately, impacted our ability to best serve our patients.

So we decided to start our own practice. A practice where we have the freedom and ability to provide the standard of care that you should expect. A practice where we treat you, just as we would treat our own family.
